A  reimagining of Hansel and Gretel, Ami and Tami tells the story of two siblings longing to leave their overbearing parents and find adventure in the enchanted woods. As the fairytale unfolds, instrument-wielding actors lead guests through the glittering, magical rooms of the Blue Building.

You will join a ragtag band of creatures in the           forest. Beware of the Evil Humm, who chases

passersby through the woods, and Yaga the witch, who runs a surprisingly sophisticated restaurant. If you’re lucky, you may even get a first hand look into her

cauldron, where she creates her more, well, interesting dishes (piranha, anyone?).

From the team that created the immersive operatic experience The Drumf and the RhinegoldAmi and Tami is Floating Tower’s first fully immersive production for children and families. Each show is limited to 50 people.

The May-June workshop previews run at the Blue Building, before heading to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August, and opening in NYC in the fall.
